NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION AT NORTH SHORE PLACE:
The North Shore Place Homeowners Association recently announced a series of important structural building improvements set to begin this September and lasting approximately six months. These upgrades will include resurfacing the pool deck, repairing damaged concrete, and replacing fire sprinkler piping in the parking garage. At times, the work may be noisy, and access to certain units and areas of the building may be temporarily restricted.
During this period, the pool and spa will be temporarily closed, but guests will still have access to the Sea Crest oceanfront pool. We appreciate your understanding.

Great location. Easy beach access, good food and music nearby. Al’s coffee shop was a morning go-to, right across the street. Rental itself was great.

The condo is conveniently close to coligny and just steps away from the beach. A great place to stay with teenagers to keep them occupied.

We lived our stay! Property was very clean and family friendly. In walking distance to everything. We stayed 5 days and never had to drive anywhere. Walked to dinner, beach, grocery shops and more. There were towels on property and we learned at the end we had access to the hotel and pool across the street as well. Highly recommend and we will probably stay here again

This unit that I rented through Host 2 Coast was efficient from the day I booked my vacation. I appreciated that they called me immediately after booking so I could actually speak with someone in person and ask any questions I had! The arrival was easy, the unit was ready early, clean, and well stocked for all our needs! I especially loved the beach towels that were included! I appreciated the beach bag and can coolers that were given to me! Nice touch! Oh, and the waters and snacks! Another appreciated surprise touch! Entry was easy, and used the app with ease! I will be renting this unit again for sure! We enjoyed walking to Piggly Wiggly and getting coffee every morning! Walking only 3 minutes to the beach was terrific! We also enjoyed the hot tub and of course several visits to Pool Bar Jim’s! Thank you for making the experience amazing!

This is the second time we have rented through Host2Coast and it was once again a great experience. The location of the property is beyond perfect. We have two small children so it was wonderful to be within walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and playground. The property was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The condo pool was a little cold, but our children didn't seem to mind. We are already looking forward to our trip back next year!

We stayed in a very nice rental unit . The Host to coast team was very professional and gave us some nice goodie bags upon arrival . We had an issue with our toaster and one of the team members brought a new one over in the matter of minutes. We will def use again and also use them for our future rental investment property !
