Mark Kombrink
After careers in real estate and finance, serving thousands of clients, Mark has developed excellent communication skills and a reputation for dependability. Though his degree is in Finance, Mark is truly a Jack-of-all-trades kind of guy with a wide variety of knowledge and skills.
As a maverick in the vacation rental industry, Mark keeps his finger on the pulse of what the industry is looking for, whether guests or owners, and his company is agile enough to make the necessary changes within the industry to implement ongoing marketing strategies for his owners while providing unmatched service and experiences for his guests.
Besides marketing and managing properties, Mark serves owners as their on-site property manager, overseeing maintenance and projects. Mark takes pride in making sure all his owners and guests are happy through his hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.
When not tending to business, Mark spends as much quality time with his family as possible. Mark and his three sons consider themselves adventurers and continually seek journeys off the beaten path, preferably outdoors in our amazing Lowcountry.
Molly Morgan
Molly has joined our team in the position of Guest Relations and Property Manager. With over 30 years of property management experience in the vacation rental industry and the long-term property management industry, Molly is a tremendous asset to both host2coast and our amazing owners! Having grown up on Hilton Head Island and in this industry, Molly has a wealth of knowledge of our beautiful island from where the best beaches are to where the best restaurants are.
Molly is passionate about serving our guests and ensuring the best experience while vacationing on Hilton Head Island. Hosting guests is one of her greatest pleasures and she takes special delight in welcoming guests who are new to Hilton Head Island.
Molly will tell you her greatest accomplishment is her daughter Lucy, the smartest, kindest, most creative and compassionate young woman ever. Spending time with Lucy and their dog Bodhi and cat Kitty is the greatest joy for Molly.
Travis Petro
Travis is a true native of Hilton Head Island, being born here in 1983. Other than a brief stint in Connecticut when he was young, he has spent most of his life on Hilton Head, giving him a vast knowledge of the community. After graduating from Hilton Head High School, he went on to attend the College of Charleston where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
Travis moved back to the Island after college and shortly thereafter went on to co-own and operate a bicycle rental company for over 11 years. After years of success, Travis and his business partner decided to sell the bike business so that they each could pursue different personal and professional goals.
Travis has since embarked on a career in vacation rental management and worked for a couple of different companies over the past few years before finding his perfect fit with Host2Coast. He joins our team as a Property Manager, with his primary purpose being the upkeep of our properties to the highest of standards to exceed the expectations of our homeowners and guests alike.
Travis lives on the south end of Hilton Head with his fiancée and their 3 cats. In his spare time, he enjoys bike riding, traveling, live music, and relaxing on the beach. Travis is also a licensed REALTOR in South Carolina.
Shannon Rindt
Shannon is our Inspector General! Mark and Shannon have worked together for nearly ten years and her commitment to hard work, detail, and absolutely bubbly personality has made Shannon a welcome addition to the team.
Prior to joining us, Shannon owned and operated Resort Outfitters, where she completed detailed inspections of homes and villas, for clients like Mark, in order to make sure everything was in place for the guest. New pillows, plates, cookware, hangers, etc. These skills dovetail very nicely into her new role at H2C!
Shannon spent most of her adult life in California and moved to Hilton Head Island in 1994. She and her husband Bob, have two grown sons and two grandchildren. When Shannon is not working, which is almost never, she loves to build puzzles, is a voracious reader, and quite the green thumb.
Faith Perry
Faith has joined our team in the position as our Reservationist Extraordinaire. She is an avid traveler and has enjoyed living in different areas of the country since a young age. She loves meeting new people and going on new adventures.
She has been working in hospitality for four years and has fallen in love with the industry! Faith has now planted her roots in the beautiful Lowcountry, after finding the perfect job for her here at host2coast.
Faith is the youngest of five and has a huge extended family. In her free time, Faith loves spending time with her family, traveling to new destinations, sitting on the beach here in Hilton Head, and hanging out with her sweet dog, Dr. Pepper.
Dan Sherman
Dan left the cold Winters of New York in 2002 and found his home in the Low Country. He has owned a successful car detailing business for over 13 years, providing exceptional quality of service and team management as he has grown that business. Dan also worked construction in Hilton Head Island for 2 years and in property management for another large vacation rental company for a year prior to joining the host2coast team as a Property Manager.
Dan’s prior experience, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem solving has proven invaluable to the maintenance and upkeep of the host2coast homes and villas.
In his spare time, Dan likes to hang out with his wife and their 2 dogs and cat. He loves to play and watch sports and gets out on the golf course as much as possible.
Tiffiny Alexander
Tiffiny moved from Indianapolis, Indiana to Hilton Head Island in 1993 and has been an island girl ever since! She studied Hospitality Management at USCB and has worked in the industry for over 15 years in a variety of management roles in restaurants, to private sporting clubs in the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos to event planning. She also worked alongside her husband for many years assiting with the growth and development of his business. For the last 3 years, and just prior to joining the team at host2coast, she worked for another Hilton Head Island Property Management firm as an Inspector, Property Caretaker, and Property Manager.
Tiffiny now joins the host2coast family as an Assistant Property Manager. With her keen eye and efficient approach to her work she assists the Property Managers with the upkeep, improvement and daily management of the host2coast portfolio of homes and villas.
In her spare time she enjoys photography, traveling and anything that gets her outdoors into nature and adventure! She also likes relaxing at home with her husband, 2 dogs and cat!
Jackson Kombrink
We are thrilled to introduce Jackson as our latest Property Manager! Originally from Illinois, Jackson has called Bluffton, SC, home for the past 14 years, watching the island grow and flourish alongside him and his two brothers. At the young age of 13, Jackson founded his own landscaping company, working primarily on the island for four years. Later, he decided to explore the hospitality world, working at the renowned Montage Palmetto Bluff, where he discovered his passion for the industry. He stayed at Palmetto Bluff for another four years before moving to Salt Lake City to work at a Marriott Hotel. After a year out west, he realized that there's no place like home, especially in the beautiful Lowcountry, and moved back. Jackson has a knack for anticipating guest/owner needs and genuinely cares for excellent service, which makes him a perfect fit for our team. We are excited to welcome Jackson and look forward to seeing him thrive alongside our incredible team of individuals who share the same passion for their work.
When Jackson has free time, he likes to do things that help him relax and unwind. This might mean playing a round of golf, checking out a new place, or taking a peaceful stroll along the beach. Plus, he enjoys spending quality time with his grandparents, who are lucky to live nearby.
Leigh Ann Farmer
Meet Leigh Ann, a talented individual from Georgia with a diverse background in restaurant and property management. She graduated from Georgia Southern University, where she earned a degree in business administration. After moving to our area in 2016, Leigh Ann found her calling in the hospitality industry and quickly became a licensed Property Manager in South Carolina, excelling in her role with ease.
In addition to her professional achievements, Leigh Ann is also a skilled fiber artist specializing in crochet and quilt making. She also enjoys exploring the breathtaking trails of Tennessee’s Great Smoky Mountain National Park, finding peace and tranquility in the natural beauty of the landscape.
