We had a wonderful time in this townhouse. Checkin was so easy and host was so helpful with info during tropical storm that went through the area. The kitchen was so well equipped and the layout was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach access point. The Host 2 Coast group left us some thoughtful and useful welcoming in gifts. Thanks so much for a great vacation. We would stay again. ��

A few quick notes to add to other recent reviews: <br/>- Host2Coast were fantastic, providing a very clean home, pool towels (in addition to the linens and bath towels), and a welcome gift of a beach bag and 2 cold-koozies and cookies, as well as some cookies and popcorn <br/>- Great home for 4 (we were mom & dad and 2 sons) - would have been a bit tight for more than 4 (as that would have required someone on a pullout couch) <br/>- We timed the walk as between 6-7 minutes from the villa to the chairs at Mile Marker 48 at the end of the man made path; might be a bit longer if you are lugging beach chairs and any equipment <br/>- The pool was nice, and incredibly close to the backyard deck, but we never made it in (although we washed the sand off at the faucet outside the pool each day) <br/>- If you like to bring large/closed containers of cold beverages, bring your own holders or buy when there (otherwise, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, and a freezer that made ice) <br/>- Really enjoyed the stay - the only thing in need of potential upkeep is the carpet (a bit worn), and the rug under the dining room table (which looked to be taped down, but did not stay put - likely just needs to be swapped out). <br/>- Great stay, villa was convenient to all areas of Hilton Head, and very comfortable for our family!

The Property - perfect for a family of four. Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Two good sized bathrooms upstairs with a convenient half-bath on the first floor. Fantastic Smart TV on 1st floor. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Amenities/beach gear - this way my biggest question going into the visit, so hopefully this review helps other future renters: beach/pool towels (3 upon arrival but they promptly brought us 2 more), wagon (0), boogie boards (2), beach umbrella (1), bikes (0), helmets (2), beach chairs (0). There are a lot of games & puzzles in the closet and a wide variety of books by the main bedroom. Location - about 100 feet from the Sea Pines gate off Cordillo. Short drive to shopping (Harris Teeter, CVS) and an easy bike ride to Coligny. The beach is a 10-minute (sandy) walk thru a man made/cut-thru path. If you have a lot of things, I definitely recommend a beach-wagon that can easily be pulled along & over sand. I attempted to count the number of steps from “door to umbrella†but lost track around 400 steps. Don’t hesitate to ask for specific directions! Other/Various - there was a good sized pool a dozen steps or so from the back door with plenty of poolside space with chairs and a few tables. Please note - there are landscaping/pool caretakers who are there most mornings. The full-size washer & dryers (with detergent provided) were daily life-changers. We only had one vehicle, and we took full advantage of parking in both spaces out front. Recommendation - highly recommend this property to others! It was very convenient and met our needs and expectations as first time visitors to HHI. One thing I also wanted to note was the warm welcome package & note left for us prior to arrival. It’s a really nice touch and as someone who had just driven many hours, it was even more appreciated. The text messages were also a great example of the communication & responsiveness of the management team.Date of arrival - June 19, 2022

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was nice and clean and lots of space. A great value for the money. We were greeted with a gift bag tote filled with goodies and fresh cut flowers adorned the kitchen. There was dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent supplied which was very nice. The location was great, you can walk to the beach and you were close to restaurants and stores. Also have a nice pool which my kids enjoyed.

The location is nice for walking, biking and short walk to be near the ocean. The place was just the right size and very cozy There big kitchen table to eat and plat board games Bedrooms and showed awesome! Free bag and cookies, popcorn and coozies nice touch ! We did play basketball for a while at the tennis -Bball court. Excellent internet connection. <br/>Liked the app on things to do if rainy day since we did have one. <br/>Pool area wasn’t cleaned up until towards end of stay but this was great for getting sun by the pool when too cool at beach. Wish pool was warm enough to swim in, but understand can’t heat it year-round.

Great family stay! So much space to stretch out with our group of 6. We loved sitting on the back deck and enjoying the beautiful garden! Great communication with hosts and the laundry room was especially useful with kids. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and boogie boards, too. Would definitely recommend and come again!

This place really worked very well for our family. It was pretty much everything we needed and was exactly as pictured (expect for one of the photo-obvious furniture arrangements [a non-issue]). It is a 7 minute walk, exactly, to the beach. It's on a bike trail that is one block from the sea pines entry gates. It was spacious, perfectly clean and well appointed, with most everything you need in the kitchen--incl. dish soap, aluminum foil, etc.--though no left-over spices (save for salt n pepper and ketchup packets) from previous guests. There are two parking spots. As others mentioned, the well-taken-care-of pool--being right off the back deck--was VERY convenient, shaded by trees around the edges, and offers an 8 ft deep end. And the boys enjoyed the tennis and basketball court, which wasn't exactly in perfect shape, but sufficient to be enjoyable. On the down side, the BBQ grill is in very rough shape. The grates were rusty and had not been cleaned in forever. It doesn't auto-light (I behind a tiny lighter, as there were none there). The grill itself heats VERY unevenly. The burners are leaking gas such that they torch your food in the front end, while barely heating it on the back end. So, don't plan on nice grilling. Put the washing machine on bulky mode to get enough water to wash your clothes. Oh, and we never could get the cable TV working, but didn't seem to need it.

Our amenities for the kitchen include salt & pepper shaker sets, but we do not supply condiments or spices. Guests typically prefer to bring their own, or you can contact Low Country Grocery Runner from our hospitality app to have those items delivered directly to your villa. You'll be happy to know that the grill has just been replaced. Anytime you stay at a property we manage, we are happy to come right over and get the TV working or handle any other issues that may arise. Perfect size rental for 4 adults and 2 kids. Lots of living space on the main floor. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool and tennis court are just steps off the back deck. Easy walking distance to the beach. Property management was extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive.

Great stay here for a girls weekend, perfect size for 4 of us. It was nice having the swimming pool right outside our backdoor. Nice beach towels were provided as well as a welcome goodie bag. The walk to the beach is definitely longer than 3 minutes, I'd say closer to 10 which is fine though the trek got a bit difficult when the path was all sand & maneuvering our beach buggy was tough. This of course has nothing to do with our condo stay. The communication was excellent from our host! My first time renting through Air BNB & it was a really good experience.

Loved everything about this property. The home was impeccably clean and inviting. The location is just a couple of minutes away from the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. The available pool, tennis court and pickleball courts make this a great place for the whole family.
