1668 Bluff Villa is situated in the serene Sea Pines Resort just a quick walk to the beach and South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe. It's a 5-minute walk to the water or maybe you'd like to play a match of tennis at South Beach Racquet Club.
During the summer season, you can take the complimentary Sea Pines trolley around the resort to all the shops and restaurants that include stops at Harbour Town, The Beach Club, and The Shops at Sea Pines. Tour the Lighthouse or catch a family-friendly live concert under the famous Liberty Oak in Harbour Town.
When you're not out and about, your villa provides a wonderful and cheery living area with access to the balcony. This comfy space is perfect for curling up with a good book or hosting family movie or game night. The kitchen is fully-equipped and even includes a water filtration system to provide you with tasty purified drinking water. It's a great place for preparing snacks for the beach, cocktails and charcuterie to enjoy on your balcony, or a delectable evening dinner for around the dining table.
When it's time to turn in for the evening, drift off to dreamland in the primary en suite with luxurious king bed or in the guest bedroom with queen bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area for your added convenience.

1668 Bluff Villa is in Building 6 and is located on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators in the Bluff Villas. PLEASE NOTE: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Mom, Dad and 2 early 20 year old kids vacationed at Hilton Head for the first time. Sadly, we had a tropical storm with which to contend so we weren’t able to take full advantage of all outdoor activities. The pool was closed for construction so we can’t comment on it, but we were informed of that before we booked so no complaints there. The condo was as advertised. It was roomy and comfortable for our family. The property manager Host2Coast was excellent and provided more “supplies” than what we normally experience with other VRBOs. Overall, the property itself was great. The nearest beach was only about a 5 minute walk, but it was more on a “cove” and we saw more marine life - several dolphin sightings. The Atlantic Ocean beach was farther - guessing 20-30 minute walk - we only made it down there one day due to rain. It would be a much shorter bike ride - we only rented bikes one day (again, due to rain) but recommend renting every day as there’s much to explore! We were novices with beach supplies - we bought beach umbrellas to bring with us to screw into the sand but they didn’t standup to the wind very well. The other, more experienced, Hilton Head vacationers on the beach had something like a Shibumi, which would have been more helpful. We thank the property owner and property manager for their hospitality.

Spent a great week at 1668 Bluff Villas. Nicely appointed unit and great South Beach location. Wish there was pool access and unfortunately, there were loads of jellyfish at the beach. But, overall, we had a great stay!

The condo is lovely. It’s located right next to Salty Dog. It is literally a less than a 3 minute walk. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and well appointed. The management team we’re friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be using this company again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and would highly recommend. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated with nice high/vaulted ceilings. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add an ice maker to the fridge. We were shocked we had to fill ice trays! I know those are first-world problems, but with the heat, we go through lots of ice and a built-in ice maker would be great. It was nice having "amenities," from the rental co., but when we look at the cost of them broken out on the pricing details, I'd like to option to opt out of them ($110 for a tote bag, 2 cookies, 2 waters, chip clip and a box of popcorn?) That's a little excessive. The entry instructions were easy and although this is considered a "3rd floor" unit, it's really just up 3 sets of 7 stairs each, since you go down to the "1st floor" (like a split level home). So, the stairs weren't terrible, but is a small workout when you're lugging everything up and down. However, I assume the vaulted ceilings and better view are only on the top floor, so to us it was well worth it. I thought the master bath was a bit dingy in the brown/beige colors and lower ceilings than the bedroom, so I'd paint it a lighter color (and re-do it in white tile when the time comes), but it was truly fine; those are just future ideas. Water pressure was really good and there were floor or box fans in each closet if you needed more air flow. The ceiling fan "ticks" in the master, so the box fan was great white noise for us. We would absolutely return here!

Walking (ahem..stumbling) distance from the Salty Dog. Light and airy feel. Surprisingly private given the location. Decently quiet except the leaf blowers in the morning. Kitchen was decently equipped but I would still like to see a colander, a pasta pot and bone tweezers added to the mix. (And I always hate the knives in these places). The walk up isn't bad at all. Nice place.

This was a cute, clean, quiet property located within a two-minute walk to the beach and across a parking lot from the Salty Dog Cafe. It was very easy to work with VBRO and Host-to-Coast. The only downside is that it is on the third floor with no elevator which is a bit of a challenge if you have heavy luggage.Date of arrival - June 11, 2022

This was a cute, clean, nautical-themed condo that was a short walk across the street to the beach and just across the parking lot from the Salty Dog Cafe. I was happy that the condo had Netflix and YouTube TV along with all of the essentials in the kitchen. It was very quiet and also equipped with chairs, etc. to take to the beach. The only downside was that it was on the third floor with no elevator...not a big deal unless you have heavy luggage or have difficulty with stairs. I would stay there again.

The only negative is the size of the beach near the condo. It is very small compared to other parts of the island.
