A complete renovation! Who doesn’t love a gorgeous view? With this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, you get the perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound from the large wrap-around balcony. This will definitely become your vacation Happy Place!
This recently remodeled waterfront villa is located on the 4th floor of the Beachside Tennis Villas. The floor plan has been opened up to remove the entry hallway, so you will open the door to the beautifully appointed living space and the view! First, you will notice the large kitchen with a center island and all new appliances. The dining and living spaces are arranged for comfortable seating of six, plus there is the breakfast bar with seating. The Living room sofa has a queen sleeper and comfortable club chairs and floor to ceiling views off the wrap around balcony.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of closet space, access to the wrap around balcony and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space, a private balcony and bathroom with tub/shower combination. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets from this exceptional villa. Just a few steps from the always busy South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe! You can also enjoy the large on-site pool at Beachside Tennis along with a community grill with grill tools provided.
Included with your rental is a tennis package providing 1 hour of tennis free per day. Proper tennis shoes must be worn for the clay courts.

"This villa is as advertised, plus a whole lot more. It's beautiful and has everything you need and a view to kill. Location is on a quiet part of the island, way inside Sea Pines resort. We sat for hours on the wrap-around deck watching the pelicans dive into the ocean and the dolphins swimming up and down the channel. There are 8 to 9 deer who live in the bushes just on the backside of the pool. Each day the deer would come out and meander along the dunes or up on the grass of the complex to eat. The pool was great, the ocean is at your doorstep and the beach was fantastic. Tennis, bike rentals, shopping and food/drink at Salty Dog were all a three-minute walk away. Bike paths meandered around Sea Pines Resort making it a nice experience. This was our first time staying on this part of the island and by far the best experience, so far (away from the crowds)."

"Clean and updated and accurately described. The views were magnificent. We watched sunsets and had lots of long walks on the beach. The dolphins cooperated with daily shows. We've enjoyed our family vacation in Hilton Head Island from 6/22/24 to 6/29/24. The condo was clean, spacious, and it had a beautiful view of private beach in South Bay of Sea Pines Plantation. There was a short walk from the condo to the private beach, and to a private swimming pool for its condo community and guest members.

We have stayed in many different places at Hilton Head over the past 35 years and this was by far the best view, proximity to beach, well appointed, updated, and cleanest place. We had long beach walks, bicycle rides, trips to Salty Dog, and sunset views from our beach or balcony. We will be back!

Property was just as advertised, clean and everything worked great. Turned out that this unit does not actually have the tennis membership so that was the only disappointment. Beach is easy access and very nice spot. Pool was cleaned every morning and well taken care of. Excellent unit.

We had a great stay - observed dolphins swimming, bald eagle, and a giant sea turtle from our balcony with morning coffee. Short walk to tennis courts and Salty Dog. Nice pool. Biking on the beach. The unit was even nicer than advertised- well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. When I called management with questions got a knowledgeable human right away. Highly recommend.

The property was in a fabulous location, very easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. The manager was responsive to all our inquiries. We strolled the beach and throughout our stay we saw deer, hawks, and dolphins nearly every day. Enjoyed fabulous sunsets on the deck. Highly recommend dinner at Nunzios restaurant!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location and the rental is well kept. The one recommendation for improvement (and it is minor) is that there are many light switches and it is difficult to figure out which switches do what, so labels might be helpful for decreasing frustration with that. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Our family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. All the necessary amenities were provided with the exception of beach chairs ! Those had to be rented at a costly price - that was a major bummer. Wish there were more food options inside the island as The Salty Dog was very average and quite frankly not good. Overall experience was great though. The apartment itself was a 10!

Usually rent the same house in Lands End at the very end of Sea Pines, however it was not available this fall.Decided to do a condo unit and this was a newly renovated unit that was perfect for our family of 4. Big wrap around balcony, quiet, yet can walk to Salty Dog, private beach access, pool was great, everything very clean and to the rental description. No issues with any of the building amenities, elevator was quick and quiet, parking is easy and again very quiet area of south beach.
