Parking on-site. This is the ideal vacation destination to experience all the lowcountry has to offer. Located within 15 miles of beautiful Hilton Head beaches, Harbour Town and Sea Pines Resort and approximately 20 miles to historic Savannah. And, Old Town Bluffton is just outside your door!
Rich in culture and history, Old Town Bluffton is truly worthy of its recent state designation as a Cultural District as well as its national registry as a Historic District. Bluffton continues today as a delightful place to visit for a day, a weekend or more to truly discover why locals call it a "State of Mind"! Nestled on the banks of the May River, Old Town offers many explorations. The streets are lined with unique boutiques, antique shops, galleries, eateries and specialized retailers. The pristine river offers breath-taking vistas from Oyster Factory Park on Wharf Street as well as from the foot of Calhoun Street at Church of the Cross. For the more active, kayak and boat excursions are offered on the river along with paddle boarding. For history buffs there are guided walking tours of the Historic District and its structures along with docent tours of the Heyward House Museum. Old Town Bluffton truly has something for everyone.

Perfect for our 3 adult children and spouses. Everything was walkable from this home and was a great find! Kitchen was top notch, as were the washer and dryer . It was raining some of our visit and was very convenient to pull into the garage. Also liked that there was a “recycle” trash can. Wonderful, memory making weekend.

The townhouse was very clean and bright, with both a living room and an upstairs family room, our family could spread out and watch football or play games. Each bedroom has its own bathroom but the bathrooms could use more shelving/drawer space for people’s makeup and toiletries. Parking on driveway behind the unit is a plus. The house is located at a busy intersection which does make it a bit noisy from traffic and people walking past the windows all day/night. However, you are within walking distance of a dozen restaurants and cafes, shops, and even the public dock on the May river. Very pretty parks and historic church by the river.

I rely on the the comments made by people who actually have stayed at vacation rentals, so I always appreciate when the guest is honest with the overview. We rented this house for 5 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Each bedroom in the house has a bathroom attached and having daughters, this was wonderful! There is another space on second level that is like a family room. Has a little area with sink, couch, chairs and big TV. Was great to use for kids. House is located close enough to walk to restaurants, shops. Plenty of space and had everything we needed for stay. They have a nice computerized feature on the wall that gives you a map of the area, what is expected to check in/out, things to do, etc. That was very handy when looking for restaurants. Had a welcome bag on the table when we got there, and any questions we had were promptly responded to by the host. Would defiantly book again.

Our family was in Bluffton for our niece's wedding. The home was perfect for our needs. Location was fantastic. We were able to walk to all the festivities. This home is beautiful. We enjoyed the 2nd story balcony and had a fire, out at the firepit, on our last night. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my cousin’s wedding weekend. The home was perfect! Our favorite spot was the upstairs loft area where we enjoyed playing games and hanging out. Kitchen has upgraded aplliances and is reasonably well equipped for cooking. Each BR has its own bath. Many TVs, but only one is set up to view live TV (youtube tv) and that required. We had an amazing stay for our first time visiting the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. The property had plenty of parking for 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and it was VERY clean and beautiful inside. We made good use of the lounge area upstairs and having the separate bathrooms for all of us was a huge plus. We took day trips into Savannah and Hilton Head with ease plus we enjoyed the walkable distance to downtown Bluffton. We are already trying to plan a return visit for spring break!

Gorgeous town home, very new amenities and furnitures with big bedrooms and nice beds. Only downside was that the garbage cans are inside of garage where flies came in the room.

This property has a great layout with one bedroom downstairs, perfect for my sister who could not climb stairs, and 3 upstairs. All 4 bedrooms has their own bathrooms, along with another half-bath downstairs. The location was so convenient - one block off of restaurants and just a few blocks from Old Town. So walkable! Loved it! Mark and Susan were very easy to work with. This is definitely a property to which I would return.

Very clean and beautiful home in a great part of town. Easy drive to Hilton Head or downtown Savannah.

We loved our stay! Everyone had their own space and loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. The kitchen had all utensils, pots, and pans that we needed. We also really like the location. It was close (walkable) to so many cute shops and restaurants. The location is perfect between Savannah and the beaches.
