Great space in a great location, walkable to Old Bluffton area shops and restaurants. Easy drive to various locales. The only shortcoming is no cable TV only Roku that you have to sign in for streaming services. Among 4 guys aged 50+, we did not have one between us, thus missing out on watching college football on an October Saturday. veight

We are from Huntsville Alabama and we had a fabulous stay. Enjoyed the home and neighbors were very friendly. We will be back.

We were in town for our son's wedding this weekend. We chose this place based on location and amenities, we were not disappointed. All good things are within walking distance and what a pleasure to get out and walk. The places that most impressed us so far are Food Squat and Gobble, Captain Woody and Pearls. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porches in the morning and just lounging around at the end of the deep chatting. The convenience to the wedding venue at Rose Hill proved perfect as well. Your home is lovely and we could not have experienced a more coastal welcoming place. We hope to return soon!

The house is very welcoming, homie. The rooms are good size, and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and soft.

We came to town for my husband's 50th birthday. Our two daughters and son-in-law enjoyed the townhouse. It had everything we needed plus some! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here. Some things we enjoyed, while we were here, were a local pie, choochoo, BBQ, sippin cow, burnt church distillery, salty wog cafe- all wonderful.

My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and 2 grandkids were visiting from Virginia for granddaughter's dance competition in Savannah. Sleeping arrangements wonderful with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Also 1/2 bath. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable family/dining room. Kitchen well organized and equipped. Great location to walk to restaurants, shops, pier,etc. Owner easy to work with and flexible. Thanks again! Had a wonderful time!

Great home. Clean and well-equipped. Came for our granddaughter's dance competition in Savannah and to visit family. The hop-on/hop-off tour was well worth it.

This is our first time meeting the Bluffton Blue House. It is still inviting, comfortable, well equipped and well-located. I was glad to find it four months ago as I planned for a grandchild's graduation. It was a lovely home away from home.

This property was beautiful! It was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to any location in the old town within minutes. This was actually a homecoming of sort for me. I was born in Goethe Rd in 1964. My family still has a strong presence in the town. I’m so appreciative of the hosts opening their home to us.

This home is cozy yet beautiful with all the décor. 4 adult friends came for the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Savannah. Also and especially to visit a family member that lives in Bluffton. The accommodation was wonderful, we even utilized the kitchen and had a wonderful home-cooked meal on the first night. The cook/chef loved the kitchen and the supplies. I have been coming to Bluffton to see family since I was a child, for the better part of 30 years, and your home is perfectly located from Captain Woody in Old Bluffton to being able to go over the bridge to Hilton Head Island and go to Savannah. Thank you for such a wonderful place to visit and your home has made our trip feel like we were at home.

Everything you could possibly think of was provided. Nightlights, air fresheners in all bathrooms, perfectly stated interior decor, immaculately clean, Not a bug, dust or dirt anywhere. Very comfortable to walk around barefoot. Towels sheets etc very clean. All switches labeled (perfect). Great place

This is a great property. There is plenty of room. It is newer construction and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic...just a short walk to all restaurants, shops, and galleries. The street parking is super convenient as well. Steve was very responsive with any communications. We are building a home in the area and will likely stay here again.

When we returned from family events, we felt like we were coming home. The proximity to old town Bluffton is perfect. We could walk everywhere. Being close to Hilton Head Island was a bonus. Beautiful home a block from the center of Olde Town Bluffton, SC. You can walk to quaint stores, coffee shops, restaurants, even to the harbor. The home is comfortable and spacious. There are three porches to sit and relax. After being out and about, it felt like returning home when we came back. Much more welcoming and comfortable than a hotel room. The kitchen was large and outfitted with more cooking equipment than I could ask for. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very wonderful neighborhood. My brother, sister and spouses were impressed with the clean and modern home. It is laid out as a wide open space downstairs for visiting, and a wide open kitchen to congregate in. The entire house was very clean. I emailed the owner a few times and his responses were quick. One of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars! House was gorgeous and well stocked with all necessities as well as very clean. Loved our time spent there! Also, easy to get to Hilton Head and any other area we wanted to visit.

So very happy we stayed here. Great location within walking distance/The house is perfect for relatives and having friends stop by for a drink. One hot mama's BBQ is highly recommended. Captain Woody also very good. Be sure to stroll down Calhoun to see the church by the water.

You can walk to the lively area of Old Town. Convenient drive to anything else you should need. Short distance to HH. Great house to land and spread out with family and friends. I recommended it both friends who live in the Bluffton area for any friends or family who need a place.

The home was spotless on our arrival and incredibly inviting and comfortable. We were blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay and enjoyed walking into the square for a couple of our meals. We always enjoy going to the cottage for lunch when we are in town. We also enjoy Skull Creek dockside and Hudson's for seafood. Hilton Head Island has always been a special vacation spot for our family and Bluffton is most definitely becoming a favorite as well. Enjoy the beautiful low country. As for us- tomorrow heading back North for a time. Many thanks again for a wonderful stay.

This has been such an enjoyable stay! The house is fabulous and a preferable choice versus hotel lodging. 5 of us co-existed with ease and comfort.

Your home was so comfortable. Beautifully decorated and easy to relax. We definitely would return. We love the location- easy to walk to dinner and coffee shop. Toomer's seafood was fantastic. Best hush puppies ever! The sampler seafood appetizer was enough for 2-3 people. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful home. You were so easy to work with. We have done rentals from California to Maine; Canada to Dallas and all in between. We rate you number one.

We loved the atmosphere of this house. We invited our adult grand daughters over for one night and had an amazing visit - had dinner in - kitchen layout and round large dining table made for great family conversation! The house was so inviting that no one wanted to venture to a restaurant. Can always grab some great to go food within walking distance.

This is a neat property in a great location that was super convenient to my parents, who live in Sun City. Our ability to take advantage of all that Bluffton and the Promenade have to offer was a bit limited by our desire to protect my parents more fragile health status; but we will be back when the situation improves and we look forward to staying at the same place. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and tricked out with TVs galore. Thanks for sharing your place with us and we look forward to coming again.

We loved our stay in Bluffton! Property was very spacious for our family of six. Bathrooms for each bedroom plus half bath downstairs. Large smart TVs in every room. In walking distance to a baseball park and covered basketball court as well as old town Bluffton. We took walks around the quaint development every night. Kitchen has supplies for cooking, but bring cleaning supplies including dishwasher and laundry detergent if you plan to use often. We were sad to leave!

What a beautiful townhouse--clean and spacious and updated! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all it has to offer. We couldn't take advantage because of COVID, but will definitely return in the near future and can't imagine a more perfect place to stay!!

We arrived after 5 on Friday and had a question for the property manager. They took our calls and discussed our questions/concerns. Great work and very professional.

Great property. Very clean, beautifully decorated and pretty much just like the photos, which isn’t always the case when traveling. Everything you need is at the house: shampoo/soap, laundry detergent, kitchen items. Just a stop at the grocery store for your food and drinks and you’re set. A few nit picky things though. No toilet paper holders in the bathrooms? Seems a little odd. And check in-out process/information could have been a little more in depth, but this is our first VRBO, so maybe it’s similar to others. Overall, the unit is very nice and Steve was easy to work with. A good choice if you are visiting the Bluffton area!

We were at Bluffton for a family wedding at Delta Plantation. The location was great to Olde Town as well as the preceding festivities.

Steve was very open and helpful during the total process. One master suite on main floor is great for family members who cannot climb stairs easily. The second floor has a second master suite, den and large extra bedroom. The kit then and common area off the open area living room is both attractive and roomy. I love this house! Thank you for such a great home for our five day stay. We will definitely return!
