This coveted end-unit has windows in every bedroom, access to the private second-story wraparound balcony from three rooms, and a large central living area. It is a great getaway that is both steps away from the beach and a perfect walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza. The complex has a private pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and connects directly to the walking and biking paths that lead to the ocean!
The complex offers multiple glass view elevators from the covered under-building private parking or pop-up stairs closest to the beach for easy walkout access directly to the front door of this beautiful 2nd-floor villa. The updated open living area connects directly to the fully equipped kitchen with new premium appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, plus a dining area that seats 6. The tastefully decorated living room has a flatscreen, beautiful views of the lagoon & island landscaping, and plush seating for all guests. Through the full glass panel wall & patio door that provides gorgeous views of nature and extra natural light to the entire living space, the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee or an island breeze with an evening cocktail.
The large Primary Bedroom has a king bed, cable flatscreen TV, and a full dresser with its own private access to the balcony and beautiful views. The location of this property is amazing! 1 block from all of the shops & restaurants in Coligny. And more importantly, 1 block from the playground and public beach access, which is perfect for those with young kids. Safe for toddlers and very thoughtful touches throughout the property. Each bedroom had a white noise machine and extra blankets. The rug in the living room was amazingly soft. We received a welcome package upon arrival and had no issues with checking in or out. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

My family and I loved the property's location. It's central and very close to many amenities, including the supermarket, private beach, pool, and biking trails. The area is quiet and beautiful. The unit itself is cute and comfortable, but the floors are uneven and squeaky. Additionally, the front and back of the unit are a bit unkempt, with overgrown weeds by the grill and bugs/webs around the front door that haven't been cleaned. Highly recommend this place.

Thank you to our gracious and attentive hosts! The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well-provisioned. It was easy to reach someone when assistance was needed for a minor maintenance issue. The unit is close to everything and has a great balcony with comfortable chairs and a nice view of tropical foliage and a stream.

It is a nice clean updated unit. The Coligny public beach is just across the street and shopping and dining at Coligny plaza are equally close. We ended up not using our car much because there was enough to do within walking distance. We enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts. There is covered parking.

It was our first time in Hilton Head and it was a lovely experience. I had 4 teenagers with us and each one of them were able to find something they wanted to do. The beach is a 5 minute walk and so is the Coligny shopping plaza. We are likely to return to this area and possibly this rental. We had some difficulty with the company recommended for our bike rental. We did get to bike ride a good bit and that was also a lovely time.

Great location and amenities! It is very close to the beach and you can rent bikes next door at the Holiday Inn which we took advantage of. There is also a pool on site. We would stay here again! Aside from a few lukewarm showers in one of the bathrooms, we had a wonderful stay!

This location is perfect for those looking to spend time at the beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, the park, dining and local shops. It’s a lovely combination of hot sun and shaded walking/biking paths. The condo is beautifully decorated with lots of natural light and access to the private balcony. We had a fabulous week!
