Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo, do come and stay at the one and only Beatles-Themed vacation rental on Hilton Head Island! 24 Water Oak Lane, or the "Here Comes the Sun" home is nestled in a quiet corner of Sea Pines Resort and is just a short 15-minute bike ride to the best beach Hilton Head Island has to offer as well as the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Harbour Town Pool year-round access recently added! Please note there is a $50 replacement fee for lost or damaged pool pass.
This music-lovers delight comfortably accommodates a family or group of 8 with plenty of space to 'Twist and Shout' and feel 'Free as a Bird'. The primary suite, or "All You Need is Love" Suite has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, "Imagine", also features a king bed and shares a bathroom with the "Yellow Submarine" room that features a twin-over-full nautical-themed bunk bed as well as a pull-out trundle bed. This home also features a laundry room with ample space to fold your clothes 'With a Little Help from Your Friends'.
Enjoy indoor activities such as family movie or game nights on the indoor shuffleboard table and infinity game table (we will supply the popcorn) in the spacious living room with sliders to the deck that overlooks Club Course Golf Course. There is an outdoor grill, too, just waiting for you to get your grill on and rustle up some steaks or seafood! In addition to the outside deck, there is a very convenient outdoor shower which comes in handy after a 'Hard Day's Night' or day. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to enjoy at the dining table or just 'Let It Be' and indulge yourself at one of the many local award-winning restaurants.
'Come Together' at this truly unique home-away-from-home and make memories that would give even the Beatles a reason to write home about! Or maybe write that next tune, doo-doo-doo-doo, here comes the sun, It's all right, it's all right!
Pets considered for an additional fee of $200. ($200 for each additional pet). There is no on-street parking for this home and the driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

We absolutely loved this house! Beautiful location right on the golf course. Loved the Beatles decor, tastefully done. The three rooms were very spacious. The kids loved their bunk room and the games—shuffleboard and interactive game set. Location is great, close to Lawton Stables and quick drive to Harbour Town. Loved the hosts and they made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful vacation home! It is nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood right on the golf course. Enjoyed watching the golfers play and even the grounds keepers maintaining the green in the mornings was entertaining! It is tastefully decorated and has a fun Beatles theme. Rented bikes (and one with a cart) to get to the beach each day. That is needed as the beach access is almost a couple miles away and parking is not accessible nearby. But biking each way was fun, mostly for my teenaged son. Just need to flip a coin on who has to pull the cart! Sea Pines is a beautiful area. Saw lots of wildlife including lots of waterfowl as well as a newborn deer, rabbits, raccoons and even an alligator sunning itself on the fairway!

Our family stayed at 24 Water Oak AKA “Here Comes the Sun” over the Christmas holidays. The property was an excellent choice and we loved the focus and decor which is a very Beatles vibe with lots of neat artwork, records…yes vinyl records and a turntable! The home was located in a very central part of HH, easily accessible and very clean. We cooked several meals including Christmas Day and found the kitchen large and very well equipped. We had plenty of room for four of us and the furnishings were very comfortable with the exception of one of the mattresses. The home has an extra “smart” feature which had tons of information and also some really cool game equipment. We didn’t have time to make use of the long deck, fire pit and furnishings that span the length of the home because of the weather but it is a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. Great parking for two cars. Everything in the home worked well and there were ample supplies to get our stay started. We had one very minor glitch with picking up the gate passes that was taken care of easily and quickly. Overall excellent experience with the property and management!

This is a great pet-friendly home. We are regular HHI visitors but had never stayed in this area of Sea Pines. This house offered perks for the whole family - on the golf course with a shuffleboard table and game table with so many options. Well stocked too. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the Beatles theme!

This property was pristine! It is accurately depicted on the listing and very comfortable and clean. I prefer to rent directly from the owner and not with a third party as I've had bad past experiences but this rental agent was superb. Very helpful and paid attention to the small details much like an owner would. The location is quiet and great to walk dogs. I would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great week and really enjoyed this home. The set up was excellent… the cleanliness and quality of the things we used inside the home were excellent. Sometimes, inside a ‘rental’ the couches, beds, linens, dinnerware etc are low quality. With this home, couches were very comfortable and honestly, the bed was one of if not the most comfortable bed we’ve even slept in while on vacation. Our daughter loved the bunk bed too! Not being able to drive to the beach until after 3p (b/c SeaPines only lets the first 50 non-SeaPines guests into the parking lot, and we were not interested in taking the trolly) was a bummer, but we are more of a pool family anyway… so not a huge deal. The concierge screen on the wall was a nice touch…. Overall solid experience and would suggest this spot to others if you are considering a vacation to Sea Pines!

We had a great stay at 24 Water Oak for the month of Feb. Good size for a large family with a triple bunk bed for the kids. Beetles theme, games, stoller, pack-n-play were great additions. Nice layout and location just inside of the Sea Pines gate. 2-3 miles from most everything you need. Host2Coast provided great service when needed. Four large TV's and a country club fairway in the backyard. Nice two mile walking round trip route on private road. Biking can be tricky to get on the first sidewalk, but not a problem if you drive.

This house was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in in Sea Pines. We are only two so we did not need a large house. iThe Beatles nostalgia is especially fun to look at and listen to! the yellow submarine in the kids room is adorable! The couch in the living room is wonderfully comfortable. The deck is huge and accommodating and has a nice warm fire pit for chilly nights. We would definitely stay here again and especially when serviced by Host2coast. Over the years we have stayed in several places in Sea Pines through several different rental organizations including Sea Pines itself. Hosr2coast was by far the best, most communicative, most accommodating rental agency we have ever dealt with on Hilton head. In fact we wanted to recommend this agency to a few other places We also liked that the house was situated closer to the entrance of Sea Pines which makes going to the grocery store or anything you have to do outside of Sea Pines very easy. We are bicyclists and easily hooked into bike paths inside and outside of Sea Pines from this location. We would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to any and all family and friends.

The weather wasn't optimal when we stayed over the holidays. We spent more time inside that was anticipated. And that was no problem with how well 24 Water Oak was appointed. We loved the abundant amount of games & open floor plan. Location is great. Loved the golf course view and walking on cart paths. Easy drive or bike ride to beach. We hope to return to 24 Water Oak and stay longer. Host2Coast was great to with. Prompt, clear communication.
