Townhouse condo was very good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware and preparation bowls and cookware. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The condo is on the golf course which is nice if you are a golfer.

Great location, beautiful surrounding golf courses, amazing beach for walks and bicycle rides. Would be nice if the unit got a bit refreshed soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The effects of Hurricane Helene was the only downside to an otherwise great week. Thank you for a great place to vacate.

Condo was well equipped and in a great neighborhood. The back porch overlooking the golf course did not disappoint.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this village. Both places were great. This one had a larger deck which was great! Right on the course. Easy check in and even easier check out. Close to anything. Totally the best kept secret in Hilton Head. Package it with the $280 7 day unlimited golf pass from the Heritage Club and you wont be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home!! Loved Hilton Head!!! Only negative better patio furniture is needed. A couple of lounge chairs would be nice to relax on. Better pads for the chairs on the patio is needed. We hope to come back next year!!! Thank you.

This condo is in a nice spot in Palmetto Dunes. A minute's walk from the pool and on the George Fazio golf tees- Very open floorplan and nice to have the master on the main. Everything worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and nice pots/pans (which is not normally the case in rentals). The décor was a bit dated, but I don't care much about that. They had pool noodles, floaties, 3 bikes, and tons of other beach stuff in the storage shed which was awesome. Had an issue with the dryer (user error not machine issues) and the team worked hard to have it completed in hours which was awesome. Appreciate your communication and willingness to jump on that! While the technician was there looking at the dryer, I told them I saw a wasp nest and he went out to his truck and came back to spray down the porch. Seemed to care about helping make our stay awesome so thank you!

This condo is in a great location, has adequate sleeping space, and its quite lovely right on the golf course. We enjoyed the patio deck most sunny mornings. I gave it 4/5 stars purely because it needs some updates - the walls and some floors need repairs/paint. The other issue we had was way too many spiders inside. The home needs to be treated for bugs typically found in the south, but perhaps more frequent spraying is needed.

We found the home perfectly fit our needs. We were close to all of the Palmetto Dunes amenities and the peaceful view over the fairway was claiming at the end of the day. The home was everything we expected and needed.

The location on the golf course and tall windows present beautiful views. All the rooms are comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a long weekend getaway.

Great location and great kitchen with many utensils

Everything was awesome except for the outdated furniture and towels that were in the washing machine upon arrival. I didn't realize they were in there until our second day there. Thankfully they weren't mildewed. We left some boogie boards for the net guest. It was very nice that there were baby gates available and bikes!!!

Comfortable and clean. Good location though have to drive to the beach. Easy check-in ad follow-up. Townhouse could be updated but the value is there. Would stay again.

This is a very nice home! Its comfortably allowed for three adults and three children to stay, have a wonderful sleep, and felt like home while we were away! Conveniently located close to everything we wanted including the ocean!

The location was great, a very short driven to the beach where close parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our trip. We will definitely be staying here again.
