Super nice condo! Clean, updated, comfortable, well stocked, nice extra touches. TV was a little difficult figuring out, but eventually got it. Maybe some instructions would be helpful for those less tech savvy. The only kitchenware I would suggest to add would be a baking dish. Bikes are a must to get to the beach during busy times. We rented and super fun to ride around the property. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

This property was great for us with the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom all on the main level. The bedrooms upstairs were HUGE and well outfitted and were far enough apart that the rooms were quiet and felt very private. It looks like everything in the condo was redone recently and it is nice. The TVs in the family room, master, and 2nd master upstairs were HUGE and all worked the same which was convenient. It was so nice to sit out back on the porch and watch the golfers on the course play right in your backyard. The front porch area is fenced in which made us feel very safe leaving our bikes outside under cover and gave us great privacy. There was lots of natural light and windows everywhere, and the beds and couches were all very comfortable. It's located right in the middle of the large neighborhood. Hence, having bikes is a must, and if you can get all of your beach gear on the bike that would be ideal as it's maybe a 5-minute bike/car ride to the beach, BUT car parking there was limited. We rode bikes and I drove the car and unloaded all of our beach great, drove back to the condo hopped on my bike, and rode back to the beach. It's probably 10-15 minutes walking which was more than we wanted to do. Biking to the stores/playground at Coligny was a little further than the beach, probably 10-15 minutes but the sidewalks are great, we saw several gators (at a safe distance of course) but I would HIGHLY recommend headlamps for riding bikes at night b/c there are very few lights anywhere on the island and especially in Shipyard. The only downside to the condo was the huge acorn/nut trees in the parking lot, do not park under them as they cracked our windshield and dented our hood, but sure you park in the spots closer to the tennis courts. The host2coast team was very responsive and is adding messaging about it, but even with that, we would definitely stay here again.
