Welcome to Seascape Villas 3077, your own slice of paradise, also known as "Cake by the Ocean." This modern condo is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Picture yourself surrounded by palm trees on your private deck, enjoying alfresco dinners with the provided table and gas grill while overlooking the pool.
Seascape Villas offers two saltwater pools and beautiful tropical landscaping, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. You can access the ocean from the exclusive walkway right off Ocean Oak Resort or take advantage of the free trolley service. Additionally, Seascape guests have access to the private cabana, a convenient restroom, and a changing room located at the walkway to the beach.
There are many opportunities to explore the area with walking and biking trails surrounding the complex. Coligny Plaza, a hub for various shops and restaurants, is conveniently located only a mile away. Golfers can also enjoy the Shipyard Golf Club, just three miles away. And if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon, Low Country Celebration Park is within walking distance.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a comfortable queen sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher, and sleek granite countertops. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island or dine in the dining area with seating for six.
The primary suite offers a private covered balcony, a TV, and a desk for some work or quiet time. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms also have TVs, and a mini crib is available for younger guests.

Beautiful area and living space! The place is nicely decorated and equipped with everything that you could need to make it your home during vacation from cooking items to beach items. The pool and environment around it are wonderful! However, it is the last building in the complex making it further than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a bit difficult with children and many items to bring down. Otherwise, we had a lovely time!

One of our best vacations yet. Ryan and Host2Coast are just the best. The condo was very clean and loaded with every item youd need at the beach. Anytime we had a question we got an immediate response. Location is perfect for Hilton Head. Id recommend this stay to anyone!
