Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Everything in the villa was clean, fresh smelling and spotless. Beautiful decor, no clutter, well organized kitchen (which I didnt use), wonderful full-sized foaming hand soaps. Loved the plantation shutters, made it quieter and dark for sleeping. Spent 2 wks here, hated to leave.

We absolutely loved the unit at 316 Forest Beach Villa. Everything was so modern and clean. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restuarants and bars. The unit is equipped with everything you might need if you prefer to eat in rather than eat out. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Fully remodeled, spacious and well equipped. It was also right across the street from Caligny beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again!

Clean, well-maintained condo close to everything...Looks just like photos.<br/>Had everything you could need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. <br/>As we were there starting in mid-August we experienced a quiet stay both on our floor as well as at the good-sized pool which we used daily.<br/>Location is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the underground parking. <br/>Would definitely rebook.<br/>

This condo is within walking distance to Coligny Beach and the shops around it. Plus, it is centrally located on the island, so it is easy to get anywhere.<br/><br/>The unit itself was comfortable and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our vacation there. Plus, whenever we had a question, the Host2Coast reps answered them in a friendly way.<br/><br/>The only thing we didn't like was that the covers on the bed were really dusty. Given my husband's dust allergy, he didn't get a break with his sinuses.<br/><br/>Other than the covers, the place was sparkling clean, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed.

From booking to departure, Host2Coast had clear, timely, helpful communication. The minute we walked in, it felt welcoming and I knew it was a good decision to book it. Once we ventured out (after a comfy night’s sleep), I knew it was a great decision! We were able to safely walk to the best beach access, a variety of restaurants, shops, a park, and even a tiki bar on the beach. A highlight for me was horseback riding at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines Forest Preserve! In the future, I would readily book with Host2Coast again.

As a pair of seniors wanting to get away from midwestern winter, this unit was just fabulous. We were particularly pleased with how clean and well appointed the unit was. Everything seemed fresh, the artwork so nicely complimented the furnishings. We have stayed at Forest Beach Villas in the past, but this unit is the best so far.

We have been coming to HHI for many years, most recently as "snow birds" escaping the midwest winters. This unit was perhaps the very best we have enjoyed. The furnishings were comfortable and nicely appointed. The unit was VERY CLEAN upon arrival, with more than adequate supplies. We would strongly consider staying at this unit again next winter.

Villa was very clean and appeared newly updated. Check in and out was easy and location was nice. We were a short walk to the beach. Beach for property was at public beach access so it was a little crowded but not a problem. It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza which was also convenient for some restaurants/bars and grocery if we did not want to fight for parking. Would return if available.Date of arrival - June 19, 2022

Definitely recommend! Great location with immediate access to bike/walking paths, and 5-10min walk from the beach and restaurants. Interior of the property was exactly as advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio was quiet, as the trees around the property blocked the noise from the road. Parking and bike storage was very easy, and there were luggage carts and elevators for unloading and loading the car. Communication and check in were streamlined.

Spent 2 weeks in this very nicely updated villa. Was especially pleased with the cleanliness and freshness of the villa when I arrived. It was spotless and smelled wonderfully clean and fresh. Even the throw on the sofa and bed coverlet were freshly laundered, and the sheets were nice quality and bed pillows were comfortable, one doesn't always find that in rentals. The villa is roomy, well organized, and very calming with muted colors and high quality finishes. The washer and dryer were very quiet and efficient. I used the microwave a couple of times for popcorn and hot water, otherwise didn't use the kitchen, but all appliances were spotless. The plantation shutters are not only attractive on the windows, they block out sound as well. Unfortunately nothing could block out a crazy, scussing, screaming neighbor on her balcony who disrupted/woke me from sleep many of the nights I was there. If you're not a light sleeper, you might be able to tune her out, but I found it impossible. Otherwise, the villa was absolutely perfect and I would rent again without hesitation if it wasn't for that obnoxious neighbor. Maybe she was just having a bad couple of weeks, since no one else had ever compained.
