Our stay was fantastic. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Perfect for our family of 5. The wagon and beach chairs were so helpful as someone coming from the West coast. Also, we were there during a storm and the HHI Boys were in constant contact, gave great information and were proactive. Such a wonderful spot and host - we hope to stay there again next year!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. The location was great with a short walk to the beach and the pool was just steps away from the back door. We had three young children with us and it was very accommodating for the whole family! The hosts sent recommendations and checked in several times throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. They even let us know that the property was ready for an early check in. Eggs, cinnamon rolls, coffee, ingredients for mimosas (and more) were a very nice added bonus! I definitely recommend this property!

This was by far the most well equipped Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Everything our family of 5 could need was provided. The little extras were excellent and were an amazing touch. I was quite surprised to open the refrigerator and see a tube of cinnamon roles, a stick of butter, a full Brita pitcher, and mimosa supplies. There was fruit and snacks on the counter. Each room had chocolates bedside. The bathrooms were well equipped. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. All the beds were comfortable with nice linens. Even beach towels were provided! The wagon and chairs for the beach came in very handy as the closest beach access was a 5 minute walk. All in all, this is a fantastic Airbnb that I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

The townhouse was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with The Boys of HHI again.

Our first visit to HH and the location was perfect! Five minute walk to Forest Beach and 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. View of the pool from your living room! The inside is updated and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and they share one full bath. Half bath on the 1st floor. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals and we loved having a grill. Pleasantly surprised to have seasonings, ketchup, mustard, mayo, filtered water pitcher, keurig coffee pods, eggs, cinnamon rolls, butter, English muffins, heavy cream, orange juice and champagne. WOW. I appreciated the body wash, shampoo, & conditioner being provided since I ran out. The sand really sticks to your legs! All you could need for the beach is provided. Just bring your sunscreen. I think there was even bug spray. Hosts communicated very well. I love the attention to every detail.

The condo was exactly as described, very clean and everything almost new. Decor is beautiful. The Boys of HHI communication could not have been any better. They were Very quick to respond and answer any questions. One of Our beach chairs was broken and a couple of them had broken straps for carrying. They replaced all 4 the very next day after contacting them. I can’t say enough things about these guys and how nice the condo is.

Very nice townhome close to beach. Immaculately clean, well furnished, and modern. Perfect for our work trip. Probably the most helpful and communicative hosts I’ve experienced on this platform. Highly recommended.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay in Hilton Head. From the moment our family of four stepped into the apt, we felt right at home. From the stocked amenities to the thoughtful welcome snacks and drinks and everything you basically need for a beach vacation, it went beyond our expectations. Also, the location was amazing with the beach across the street and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. We didn’t want to leave and we hope to stay here again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again! The location is perfect! It is close to the beach, walkable to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and has amazing bike paths surrounding the area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We loved every minute!

We just returned from a fantastic long weekend on HHI and are already planning our next trip! We booked last minute with 0 planning. We came away with wonderful memories and a feeling that we had hit the jackpot with this condo. The design is beautiful. Everything feels brand new and high end. Every detail is thought out. There is not an item that you will say “oh, I wish I had ___” and not find it… it is all there. The proximity to the beach is awesome. We were walking to and from with 4 young kids and did not hear a single complaint. The pool is close, clean and warm. We spent more time at the condo than we thought we would because it was so comfortable and inviting. It was the perfect family getaway. Also, we arrived late at night with no food and 4 hungry kids in tow. To our surprise, the condo was stocked with welcome snacks and a few items in the fridge that were enough to give the kids a healthy dinner before putting them to bed. You saved us, so thank you!

Loved everything about this Airbnb. It was cozy, clean and perfect location. Our trip was so relaxing and peaceful. Easy walk to town and beach. We plan to return to the area and would rebook here again in a heartbeat.

"First off, the unit itself was perfect for our needs. We have a family of five and needed sleeping for everyone. This unit was just large enough for all of us. It only has 1 shower, but we were able to easily work around that. This seems minor, but we really liked that there was enough seating around the dining table and in the living room for every one to relax together. We've stayed places that can sleep 5 (or more) but couldn't easily accommodate all of us in the kitchen or living room spaces. The unit is just as pictured. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. What else could you need. Hopefully in Hilton Head you're not spending too much time inside anyway.A note on the experience...The Hosts are amazing! If you read about them, they mention that they've worked in the hospitality industry for years. This experience shows in how they take care of all of the details of their rentals. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn. We will definitely rent from them again."

Balmy Breezes is a gem! We were pleasantly surprised (even after having read all the glowing reviews). A few things our family found delightful above and beyond what was described: the unit gets more natural light than the pictures can show, the fridge has great filtered water and an ice maker that kept up with us, the washer and dryer are super speedy, we had our own trash and recycling receptacles, which were emptied without any action on our part (trash fairies??), the grill was hot and clean, and all the little things I’ve learned to bring along on beach trips were already there and more (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry & dish detergent, fabric softener, night lights, skewers, flashlights, coffee filters, ear plugs, sound machine…) And all the other things were as good -if not better than- we expected: beds, pool, proximity to beach and Coligny, quiet and beautiful community, comfy furniture, perfectly clean and clear and proactive communication. Thx!!

Beautiful condo within walking distance to everything. A walk to the beach is simple, just take the walkway by the Sea Side Villas & you’re right on the beach. The treats (breakfast, even stuff to make Mimosas!) we’re so thoughtful and much appreciated. They have 7 huge beach towels for guests to use, as well as a wagon, beach kumbrella, and beach toys. The pool is refreshing and clean and right off the patio. Just a lovely place and great owners. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect- it is a short walk to the beach, and to some shops and restaurants near by. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the décor was beautiful. They provided some breakfast treats in the refrigerator which was a nice surprise. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need, and the beach chairs were great! They were very responsive with any questions, and the check in and check out process was really easy. We would definitely return to this condo or consider any of their other properties on the island.

We had the most wonderful weekend here. Kirtis and Kristopher were amazing hosts and thought of literally everything. The space itself was beautiful and well stocked with gifts from Kirtis and Kristopher. The location was PERFECT- Caligny was a ten minute walk on clean, shady sidewalks and the beach was a 5 min walk literally across the street. Truly this was a beautiful weekend. Thank you both!

Our family of 3 stayed here for a couple of days over spring break. We have been to HHI a lot and stayed in different areas than this one. We personally prefer the northern area of the island but chose this location to be closer to some friends. If you want to be near Coligny, this place is perfect. As far as the actual space - it was perfect for our size, super clean, and had a lot of touches that made it feel more upscale than a lot of other Airbnb's… and I am pretty particular about cleanliness especially. Ex. Nice linens, nice towels (and an abundance of them), well stocked kitchen and quality kitchen items, nice sized TVs, etc. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into refreshing the décor, flooring, paint, vanity choices etc. they did a really good job. We didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that aspect of things. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly thorough and responsive in communicating but did not have crazy demands for check out, etc. which I really appreciate! 10/10!

Unit was completely renovated, welcoming, immaculate and full of extras. It was convenient to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus fresh fruit, snacks and many extras in the fridge. The bathrooms were immaculate with plenty of fresh towels and bath essentials. The bedrooms linens and pillows were like being in a top hotel. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

This place is amazing in all regards. Extremely clean, well decorated, and right across the street from the beach. With two kids in tow, this was more than we could have hoped for. Also, proximity to restaurants and grocery stores was a huge bonus for us. I can't say enough nice things about the hosts and the place. The pictures don't do it justice. This was a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Wonderful stay. I really appreciated the attention to every last detail that could make the stay more pleasurable, easy, comfortable and convenient, from the plentiful snacks and intelligently-stocked fridge to the refills that spared me grocery shopping trips, to the lovely quality of the furniture, bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc. The only thing more impressive than this was the speed at which the Boys of HHI responded to any and every request - Shangri-La / Mandarin Oriental / Four Seasons -style service. My go-to team for Hilton Head for sure!

Amazing place and perfect location for everything

"This townhome is amazing! It’s beautifully appointed and has everything you need to have a wonderful get away. There is nothing they didn’t think of. Here are some helpful details:Location: the beach is across the street and through a paved/boarded path which makes it easy to access. It may be a little bit longer than 2 min depending on your walking speed but it’s a nice and mostly shaded walk so we didn’t mind. Walking to Coligny park/ plaza is about 7-10 min at our pace. Again, it’s easy and mostly shaded. The location is fantastic! Inside: any kitchen item you could need is there! Plenty of quality pots, pans, etc. small appliances are available too- coffee maker, blender, toaster. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, super clean and nice. The bedrooms are well thought out, sheets and linens are provided, and the beds are comfy! The living area is comfortable and the tv works great as well as WIFI and all the streaming services you need! Outside: the pool is 100 yards away, maybe. Easy to access and it was clean and even a smaller pool for younger kids is available. We cannot wait to visit again, the HH Boys even had extra thoughtful items out for our stay which really was the icing on the cake! Thank you for such a great place to visit!"

Great condo!

I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for 20+ years and this place is by far the the nicest place I’ve stayed. It was immaculate upon arrival, and they’re were even little treats left for us. They literally though of everything from coffee & condiments, to sound machines and hair straighteners. The beach supplies and the wagon were wonderful to have on the 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
