We had a lovely stay at the Dunes! This location is wonderful - quiet, walking distance to the beach (and a cute little beach bar/restaurant), and walk or bike to the Cologne shops. The suite had everything we needed for a weekend getaway, including beach gear. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our trip at HHI. Our villa was clean, we had everything we needed! The location of the villa was great! We were just in walking/biking distance to everything! They also were more than accommodating when we realized we forgot something at the hotel hours after check out! Definitely recommend!

The Villa was perfect for myself and my daughter. It was very close to the beach, just a short walk. We were able to use the beach cart and 2 sand chairs provided. There were 4 bicycles but they weren’t in the best condition. We were able to ride two of them. We had almost everything we needed. I had to buy a sponge to wash dishes and hand soap for the bathroom. This is a first floor unit and it gets noisy if there are young kids running and jumping upstairs. Overall a great location close to everything you need in Coligny Beach area.

This beach condo was great! Secluded area with easy walk-in access to unit. Condo was super clean and updated. Also, well stocked with kitchen accessories and appliances, beach towels & beach chairs. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach! Lots of attractions nearby! My family and I would definitely stay at this property again. Job well done!

We had a nice stay. The place looks much bigger in the pictures, but it was fine for three of us. Centrally located and just a short walk to the beach. Really nice pool. Condo was well equipped. We would stay again.

Nice and clean. The free bikes were a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the George Forman grill works great. No issues with the unit. Quiet location with quick access to the beach.

My wife and I needed a quiet getaway to celebrate Christmas and our 10 year anniversary. The villa was perfect for just the two of us! We enjoyed the five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and close proximity to shopping. The location also allowed for a quick day trip to Savannah. We cannot wait to book again for another needed getaway!

Condo was clean, pretty and plenty of space. Everything was provided for us and they were very helpful at checking. We just had a miscommunication problem with e mail info. We felt safe, comfy, in a good location, and beds were very nice. I played around with some decorating that was fun. That is just my nature. We would definitely rebook through this company. Owner left messages for us which was very personal touches. Thank you for an extraordinary time

We had a wonderful stay and was pleasantly surprised with how perfect it was. There was everything we needed for our days on the beach and the location couldn’t be better. This location is perfect for families. The beach is a short walk across the street and the shops at Coligny Plaza have all you need and more. We will absolutely be back again and again!

The owners gave all the info you could need in a convenient welcome package. This was my first time using a rental and I was alittle nervous about it at first but with this property there is really nothing to worry about. The beach is a short walk which was convenient because more than once we forgot something and had to walk back. Highly recommend this place!

Came for an end of summer trip on a budget and was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. Only a short walk to the beach, the owners communicated with excellence, and the property is nicely appointed and clean.

We arrived in town a couple hours early and had a nice lunch. But when the rain moved in we wanted to get into the condo early and communication was easy! Thank you for accommodating us. The condo is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Location is close to everything and in a great spot.

The condo overall was excellent. Everything controlled by the owners - no complaints. Nicely decorated, clean, great location, had everything we needed, and a decent amount of space for our family of 4. One thing I'd note is the twin beds are very high off the ground as an FYI for families with smaller kids. This was okay for our 4 year old but not so much for our 2 year old. Though a pack-n-play does fits nicely in that bedroom. I do wish there was a warning of the tight parking spaces/size of vehicles that can be parked in the designated spots. The entire parking lot is a tight space with not much room to maneuver large vehicles. It's possible but just needs pointed out. This is a first floor unit and with that you will hear the walking and droppings of unit above you. We couldn't hear much noise such as tv, conversations, etc. from the unit above aside from the floor noise which was doable. The pool was great - warm and clean. Never too busy. I would recommend this condo to others and would even come back ourselves.

Clean, updated, cozy beach rental. Beach is a short walk. Our daughter also loved the pool. Great hosts & communication - thanks again for making our trip comfortable and easy!

This property is exactly as described. Short walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Condo is clean, fresh, comfortable and compact. Sufficient for my husband and me. Also felt dry safe.

Location was excellent. Close to Coligny Plaza, short walk to beach, not far from Sea Pines, etc. The villa was clean and the pictures were spot on. We will definitely consider booking again!A huge thank you to our fantastic hosts.

Property is as described- walk to beach is about 4 blocks- great for two people- pool is nice as well.

Very easy process

The space was very well decorated. We had all the amenities that we needed. It was nice to have the fenced in front area. We also had everything we needed to take to the beach.

The property looked exactly as pictured! We had a great time and were very informed before we arrived. We love this property! It was a great experience and family vacation!

Nice, clean, well-kept condo with good beach access. Less than a mile walk to a less crowded area of the beach which was nice to not have to worry about parking and traffic! The condo was nice, but would be tight if you had four adults, especially the dining area. We really appreciated the beach wagon and chairs! So nice to have these to use!!

This rental condo was so clean, organized and complete with everything one could need during a stay. From the bedding and linens, kitchen supplies, and beach necessities, there was nothing else to purchase before enjoying the beach and sunshine. The location felt private, but only a short distance to the water. Having Coligny Square so close was great for enjoying meals at the various cafes and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this rental condo to anyone!

This Villa is the perfect size for a family of 4 that wants to be outside! It has been updated recently which gives it a beautiful clean beach feel. It's a quick bike ride or walk to the beach. The Villa's close proximity to The Coligny (which is filled with shops and restaurants) was also wonderful which allowed us to easily ride bikes there if we wanted. We did choose to rent additional bikes that were appropriately sized for our kids and were well maintained. Overall, we had a fabulous first trip to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were very comfortable in the condo. It is very well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! We had extra blankets, plenty of linen, dishes and cookware. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig, 3 TV's, 3 bicycles to use, beach chairs, a bicycle pump, and more! Not to mention a great location and walking distance to the beach. We had a great time.

Condo was very beautiful. Everything inside was new and super clean. The location is even better. Short walk to the beach, quick drive or bike ride to shops and dining. Host was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions quickly. I highly recommend this unit. We'll be back.
