Upon entering, you'll find a charming kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. With ample storage and workspace, it's perfect for preparing meals, including fish caught right out back in beautiful Braddock Cove. The dining area leads to a cozy deck, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The living room also offers water views, and the vaulted ceiling adds a spacious feel to the room.
On the first floor, there’s a private guest room with twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, an adjoining bathroom, and a full laundry room. The upstairs primary suite features a luxurious king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony. This place is in a very nice location for those who want a water view. This place has the added benefit of being in walking distance to the bicycle rental shop, as well as to the (must eat there) Salty Dog. Not to mention the ice-cream and retail shops. This includes the beach access, just across the road. Again, all within walking distance. The unit was clean and quaint. Perfect for two couples or a couple with two or three children. We sat out on the deck, enjoyed conversation with the renters next door, enjoyed coffee in the morning, while looking at the wildlife, only a few yards from where we sat on the deck. We enjoyed it all very much.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Location was perfect, condo was clean, well provisioned, and everything was functional. We had one issue with a curtain rod which fell off the wall, someone was in the next day to fix. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock, the views were awesome, for water front price was right. We even saw manatees on our last night there! We have been coming to Sea Pines for years and this was the best condo we've been to yet!Date of arrival - July 1, 2022

The property was great, awesome location and very clean. Floors and tv's appear to be like-new so pictures don't do it justice. We were missing a channel changing remote for upstairs/master TV. And one key thing is that regular local news or cable networks were not available on downstairs tv (such as local news, NBC, CNN, etc.) There were several stations for "Today show all day" and "CNN all day" but during Covid, we would have liked to have been able to follow the news at the time of delivery instead of the pre-recorded footage. The kitchen is also very tight - too small for 3 adults (one teen) and a dog.Published Nov 30, 2021DURING THIS STAY THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER PREVIOUS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT.

I love the location of this property. It is a 10 min walk (mostly in the shade) to the beach. I love being able to look out over the lagoon to watch the dolphins and water birds . The appliances are all brand new and the kitchen was very wall stocked. The beds were very comfortable!Can’t wait to return. Again
