"Perfectly located, well-appointed and the best terrace in Bluff Villas! My 25-year-old son and I met in HH for a much-needed break and were lucky enough to stay at 1651. The villa was fantastic -- great wifi and perfect spaces for doing a bit of work when necessary. The walk-out terrace and luxurious greenery provided privacy, great views and the perfect spot for evening cocktails. Can't say enough about the benefits of being on the first floor for convenience and extra room on terrace. It's a 2-min walk to our favorite bar at the Salty Dog, tennis and bikes were a stone’s throw away. The villa was beautifully furnished and stocked for our every need. It's a 5-min bike or drive to the beach where we kite surfed and paddle boarded. Sunrise bike rides are definitely encouraged. This place is perfect for a couple or a much-needed getaway with a friend or older child. There is no better location in Sea Pines for convenience and 1651 Bluff Villa with the walk-out terrace will be our new favorite!"
"Best kept secret in South Beach! This charming condo is amazing. My husband and I came to HH for 2 weeks, and it had everything. The beautiful kitchen is completely updated and has all you need for your stay. The walk-in spacious shower and double sink vanity was fabulous, as was the beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Large tv in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The patio has plenty of seating to entertain, a grill, and privacy, surrounded by lush greenery. This Salty Dog is steps from the villa, and has great eats and entertainment. Beach is a 5-minute walk, and the villa has beach chairs. Beautiful beach! It's a 10-minute drive to Harbour Town, with plenty of shops, food, and music, not to mention the Marina and beautiful yachts. Run, don't walk, to 1651. You won't be disappointed!"

The bedroom is equally amazing, with a mountain of pillows on a king-size bed, tv, and plenty of closet space. There is every bit of luxury in the updated bathroom, as well. Very comfortable condo close to beach and near the Salty Dog. We enjoyed our week stay in Bluff Villas. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Condo had a large washer and dryer and included laundry detergent. Unit is a first floor walk out, which was nice to store our bikes. Ice maker worked great as well as air conditioning. Unit could use more electric outlets and ceiling fans would be a great addition. We would stay at Bluff Villas again.

Just as advertised, 5 minute walk to beach and steps to Salty Dog. Newly renovated interior is very nice. Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor space needs updated. Very responsive when we had questions during our check-in. We would stay at this condo again.

Our stay was amazing! The fact that the Salty Dog was right next to where we stayed (literally a 1 minute walk), made it even more wonderful. The arrival instructions were clear, and the home felt as inviting as the pictures made it look! We definitely recommend this listing for anyone looking to enjoy the Sea Pines area and easy access to the beach.

This property was clean, attractively decorated and in a quiet location. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. The furniture and bed were all very comfortable. I would recommend this villa and would rent again. Host to Coast left us some basic supplies that helped begin our stay. The company was easy to deal with and I would rent from them again. Great experience!

The property was in a great location and very clean and well furnished. We did have an issue in getting locked out for over an hour (the electronic key code expired) and we missed a lunch with friends with no way to connect with them. Very frustrating and felt the rental company should have accomodated us with a gift card or something for the hassle.

Beautiful & clean! Updated & has EVERYTHING you would want or need! So organized & well maintained! Highly recommend as the location is great also with South Beach restaurants & beach within a few min walk! We kept our bikes locked on porch & road to Harbor Town daily also for sailing/boat trips/meals out, so convenient!

This place is so charming! It’s a perfect beach getaway. There is plenty of space for a couple or small family traveling. It was stocked with dishes and anything you should need in the kitchen. Just a short little walk across the street and you have beach access! Everything was very clean and decorated perfectly. The bed was so comfortable I had an amazing night's sleep while I was there. The salty dog was just on the other side of the lot, bike trails, and more! This is set in a perfect location, a short drive to restaurants and shopping as well. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a great location for access to beach, tennis, pool and bike rentals. The Salty Dog complex with restaurants and gift shopping is next door. Our unit is small, one bedroom, but comfortable. This villa was perfect for our family of 4. Location, beach access, parking, all perfect. Condo has a nice patio and is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. The king bed is super comfortable. The sofa sleeper was not, but that's expected. Our kids sleep on there with a few pillows and we had no complaints. We have stayed in many Bluff Villas locations and this was, by far, the best. The remodel that created an open kitchen space and walk-in shower was the best. Wish all Bluff Villas properties would do the same. We'll be back next year!
