We know you are going love the ease of access with this first floor walk-up. Enjoy the private patio for a relaxing meal, keeping your bikes and beach gear right outside or walking right around to your car. No stairs! The large sliding doors allow the sun to shine into the living room all day. There is plenty of seating in the living area and the sofa is a queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats six comfortably, and there is seating for three at the breakfast bar. You will find everything you need in this immaculately remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with an efficient layout and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will especially like the option to use either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker - m-m-m, who doesn't love the smell of coffee in the morning?
The new open floor plan allows you to enjoy preparing meals, visiting with friends and family and gives an airy feel to the space. There is a full-size washer and dryer behind the beautiful barn doors. The primary bedroom has a phenomenally comfortable king bed and en suite with a new double vanity and shower. The hall bath has a shower/tub and is across from the second bedroom with two twin beds.
And, to enhance your enjoyment of this villa, the owners have added Chromcast capability on all the TVs allowing you to project your home streaming service (such as HULU, Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV) from your mobile devices directly onto any of the TVs in the villa.
The 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

We could not have been happier at our stay at 1748 Braddock Bluff Dr. Property was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was attentive and readily available. The location can’t be beat - short walking distance to the beach and The Salty Dog. Great access to all the neighboring bike trails as well! We are already looking forward to our next stay!!

Very conveniently located. About 3 min. walk to beach or to Marina. Weather was almost total sunshine during our 2-week stay, with cool wind but nice for the time of year. Condo was very clean, comfortable bed, nicely furnished. Would stay here again. Host2Coast was easy to to deal with; we encountered no problems.

Much-needed vacation in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful, relaxing, much-needed vacation in Hilton Head. This property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family. It’s top notch, and I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and a pool. We really enjoyed the Salty Dog for breakfast, and Coast Ocean Front Dining for lunch and dinner. We went walking around in Harbour Town on the pier, went to the cute shops, and had drinks on the outside rooftop area that overlooks the water called Quarter Deck. One morning, we watch the sunrise at Coligny Beach, and had great coffee at Carolina Coffee and Crumbs. This place here is gorgeous! Has been beautifully decorated, and everything is newly renovated. Words can’t express my gratitude and thankfulness to Rick and Brenda for letting us come here. We would highly recommend this vacation home to all. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again! The property is clean and modern with all the amenities of home. It is convenient to the intercoastal as well as the ocean. The beach access was easy and the beach itself was not overly crowded. Even during half season. A three minute walk from the salty dog Café.

Our stay here was delayed by rainstorms in Ohio, but it was worth the wait! We enjoyed three restful weeks here and will be back next year. There are many things we loved during our stay, and we must applaud the comfortable bed. What made us feel like Silly Midwesterners was the tide clock on the wall. It was not until this week that we realized it was functional! We had been googling the tide patterns to make sure we could enjoy wide beaches during our long walks. Thanks for making this a wonderful winter getaway.

We enjoyed the updated features, including the comfortable bed. We were unsettled by the Google Home device that would periodically respond to something we were saying. One evening, we even wondered if it was listening to us. This does not seem to be needed in such a unit and we unplugged it for a few days.

This first floor villa was very clean, quiet, bright, and very close to the beach! Check in and check out was easy with very good instructions! We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and linens. Only suggestion I could offer would be a couple of nicer beach chairs in the unit to enjoy and please update the network and wifi password that is posted in the actual unit. Some confusion with two different networks and passwords displayed in different places. A quick phone call helped to fix the issue! Very much enjoyed our visit to HH with this comfortable place to stay!

We were very happy with this condo. It is updated, clean and perfect for vacationers. The location is very convenient - located at the front of the complex. Easy parking and access. Condo is well equipped in the kitchen and with linen necessities. I would strongly recommend it.

We have been coming to HHI for many summers and this property was the cleanest and most well maintained of any we have stayed in. My biggest complaint with renting various villas or houses is the properties are never as clean as they should be and we end sweeping and wiping down counters, bathrooms, etc upon arrival. 1748 Bluff Villas was immaculate and you could tell the management and their team take pride in maintaining their properties. The location in South Beach is great - easy access by bike or walking to pool and beach and short drive to other restaurants within Sea Pines. The size was perfect for our family of four. The property management was easy to communicate with and provided a text when the villa was available for early check in. I will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip.Date of arrival - July 17, 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! It was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved being in the Sea Pines area. This condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a nice touch and it was helpful having beach towels provided too. It was easy walk across the street to the beach. We bought the pool pass for the week and it was an easy 5 minute walk through the parking lot to get to the pool. The salty Dog was an easy walk too, right by the pool. We loved being on the ground level with this condo. We could lock up our bikes right on our patio which was very convenient as well. Overall, a beautiful place, great location to access the beach and pool and we loved exploring Hilton Head!

The condo was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The lower level entry made it very convenient for coming and going and to store our bikes on the patio. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet while we were there making for restful sleep. The kitchen was well outfitted and having laundry on site was a plus. The beach is a short walk away and has beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed walking and riding our bikes on the beach. The Salty Dog Cafe and shops are within walking distance and Harbor Town and more shops are just a bike ride away.

This was the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed in. The decor is awesome and we couldn’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided. This villa was so clean and neat. We felt right at home. It was close to the beach and we would highly recommend staying here. The unit was stocked with everything you neede and then some.A close walk to Salty Dog and shops. Had an amazing time.We have never been to any condo that was cleaner.

Oh my, we haven't even been in the property for a full day, and already we are bursting with enthusiasm and compliments. The owners have been so creative with a huge renovation, it feels like new everything: furnishings, fabrics, paintings, fixtures, lighting, and absolutely everything works as it should, is deeply comfortable, and looks gorgeous! Space, shelving, drawers, there's room for whatever we bring for our two-month rental here. It's certainly the best supplied kitchen I've ever happily cooked in and that includes my own! The owners have also provided very clear, user-friendly instructions on getting all the gadgets up and running successfully, and their whole approach is with such thoughtful consideration for their guests. Really rare and really appreciated.Also remarkable is the quality of Host2Coast's warm and generous welcome to the property. You are greeted with sweet real flowers, delicious chocolate cookies, bottled water, popcorn, a personal note, all with an eye for a pretty appearance. The supplies are of first quality and even ecologically sensible. I'm a new learner to using Dropps in the dishwasher and washing machine, and I like that the trash has both a normal and recyclables bin. Host2Coast's personnel are exceptionally available, friendly and ready to help. They are newly up and running in the area (ed. note: 2 years), and truly committed to satisfying their clients.I keep coming up with the words generosity and caring. It's what my husband and I instantly sense here.Many thanks to all of you involved in this venture and may it have the success it merits.

There isn’t a thing I would change about this beach villa. It’s beautifully renovated with all the extra touches that make it a perfect home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds and linens are top notch and the master bed is so comfortable! The entire space is bright and airy with direct access to the parking lot from the patio - great for loading and unloading. As soon as we walked into this villa my wife was in amazement on how clean, how beautiful the decor was and how well the floor plan was. We have stayed many years in these villas with our family of 5. This place was by far the best. The location is always great in these villas. With the beach so close and the marina shops & Salty Dog right there. You can't beat the location. What sets this place apart is the first floor, easy access to the outside. Great beach property! Super convenient to the South Beach Marina restaurant and shops! We loved the easy access through the back door to our bikes and the paths/beach. Was mildly disappointed with our view photos indicated more of one. Other than that it was perfect! The villa we rented through Host 2 Coast was wonderful! Updated, modern, spotless with every amenity including lots of plugs for electronics, a fully loaded kitchen and hairdryers. The Host 2 Coast team was so easy to work with. We loved their swag bag and the great soaps and starter kits including dishwashing and laundry detergent. Thank you Host 2 Coast! We will be back!
