Step into the spacious living room brimming with natural light, comfy seating areas, vaulted ceilings and a 75" Smart TV. The dining area has ample seating for up to 10 guests so that you can enjoy a delicious meal with your family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a Keurig maker, so you can sip your favorite drink while cooking up a storm.
The primary king suite is a luxurious retreat with a seating area, a writing desk, and private access to the pool patio. It also has a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and a large walk-in shower to pamper yourself after a long day. The second bedroom has a king bed, a bonus room with an additional twin bed, and its own bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also features a king bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has two twin XL beds. Lastly, the upstairs loft has two queen beds, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with a shower stall so everyone can stay comfortably. The house was in a great central location in Sea Pines and we had a great family gathering. Lots of space for our family to spread out and the grandkids enjoyed their own space in the second living room. The house was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

5-Star ReviewWow, what an incredible stay just back from in 1 Spanish Moss Road! Perfect for our extended family get-together, from a large, fully equipped kitchen to comfort seating areas on every floor-it has everything for you. The house has ample space that was ideal to unwind and enjoy quality moments together. Home is very well taken care of, ready with everything for any need.Perfect layout for our big group: comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy yet kept everybody close. We loved the open concept where it was so easy to cook meals and be together as a family. The outdoor area was a real highlight: perfect to enjoy the beautiful Hilton Head weather!The location couldn't have been much better, very easy to reach the beach and local attractions-everything the island has to offer. The property truly felt like home away from home, and we took some great memories from here that we would love to carry with us for life.If one is looking at a perfect spot where one wants one's family bonding, this place is it! We can't wait to return.

This was the perfect, spacious home for a winter family gathering at the beach! The house was clean and had plenty of room for multiple families to gather. The backyard would be wonderful during the summer but we still enjoyed the fire-pit on a cold night!

We absolutely loved the house! The outdoor space was fantastic—even in the winter! The solo fire pit and heated pool made for cozy, unforgettable moments. Each bedroom offered wonderful privacy, complete with its own TV and plenty of room to relax. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We had everything we could possibly need, and the house manager was incredibly helpful and always available, as well as host2coast. Such an amazing experience!
