Welcome to your own personal island paradise! This stunning property is located just one street back from the ocean in the peaceful Sea Pines neighborhood. You'll love the spacious two-level house, with its huge living and family room, open kitchen, and high ceilings. It's perfect for relaxing during the day or cooking gourmet meals for the whole family at night.
The upper level of the house boasts two king-sized bedrooms, each equipped with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen-sized bedroom that can accommodate two people and a playful kids' bunk room that comes with a trundle bed, allowing three little ones to sleep comfortably. Moving to the lower level, you'll find two more cozy bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins, as well as a bonus space that features a pull-out sleeper sofa. The game room is also located downstairs and comes equipped with a ping pong table, which is sure to entertain any competitive guests in the group!
But the real magic happens outside, where you'll find a fantastic pool and patio area, complete with a gas grill for cooking up delicious meals in the sun. And when you're feeling adventurous, there's a path from the house that leads to the beach in just one minute! You can explore the stunning coastline by bike or on foot or head over to the nearby South Beach marina for some shopping, dining, and water activities. House is close to beach, 2 minute walk, you can even hear the ocean from the pool deck. House has beautiful common spaces and bedrooms. Screened in porches are wonderful, large pool and hot tub. Bathrooms need some TLC but didn’t ruin the experience. Beautiful beach, and close to Salty Dog area.

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with families and/or large groups of people. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities, the adults enjoyed all of the items necessary to enjoy and relax during a family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all of the tools you need, complete with a wine fridge, slow cooker, and etc. The Weber grill by the pool fit everything we needed to feed 7 people. The furniture was higher end than expected and very nice! A calm beach with beautiful sunsets is less than a 3-minute walk. My husband particularly loved the close proximity to several golf courses. I would highly recommend this house to stay at if you’re visiting sea pines!

The house was wonderful for a golf trip for me and 7 of my friends in Hilton Head. Every room was comfortable and the house was as advertised. The beach access, shuffleboard, grill, and ping pong table were all very useful and/or a great time. Thanks again!

Gorgious house with all the extras! Pool and hot tub were perfect. Steps to the beach! Excellent restaurants within a bike ride! Masters suites were awesome! Kitchen has everything possible. Basement was set up perfect for the kids! Plenty of towels! We will be back to stay here!!!

This house is stunning! Pool, Hot Tub is a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen size and cooking arrangements made making breakfast for the entire crew phenomenal. Excellent Weber Grill and the location was perfect. Great restaurants within a Bike ride! The beach was beautiful and just steps down your own path. Golf courses did not disappoint! This is a must stay here! The Kids want to know when we are booking the house again!!!!!!!!

We had the best stay here. It's one block from the beach which is a super short walk great for having little ones! We traveled with another family and it was great that it has 2 master bedrooms. There's tons of indoor games for rainy days including a shuffle board table which was my favorite. It's well decorated, the kitchen is stocked with nice items, and a completely updated kitchen. The pool and hot tub are perfect for evenings and after beach time! We are looking forward to renting this house again!
The house was beautiful and fit our group of 8 very comfortably. Location was a quick 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach with calm waves, a few minute drive to several golf courses. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive for a couple of inquiries.
