Welcome to 1701 Shipmaster! This is an updated 2.5-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom villa located in the Shipyard community. It offers access to great amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis court, and private beach and beach club.
The villa has a spacious living and dining area with views of the lush island locale, which makes hosting game or movie night a breeze. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for brewing morning coffee, packing a picnic lunch for the beach, or preparing a delectable meal to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Additionally, there is a powder room and a laundry area on the main floor for your convenience.

Our group of 5 had a nice time here. The place was more spacious than we expected, great location (less than a minute to pool, less than 5 min drive to beach or 20 min walk), and the welcome bag was a nice touch.

The property was great. The location was perfect for us, and the unit was in excellent condition. We rented bikes and a flatbed bike trailer, and it was just a 5-minute ride to the beach club. The only minor issue was that the AC struggled to keep the upstairs as cool as the downstairs. It worked, but it could use a bit more power. That said, it wouldn't prevent me from renting the same unit again! I also want to acknowledge the property management company, Host2Cost. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. My daughter left a necklace, and they tracked it down for us on July 4th. It was very much appreciated.

Host2Coast was amazing to book through! Ryan was super helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries I had. They were so hospitable and my other friends were jealous that they didn’t book with you all because of all the extra touches. Towels, fresh flowers and cookies upon arrival, tote bag, and koozies! It is a beautiful condo with lovely furnishings and amenities. The view out of the sliding doors was a very pretty green space. A short walk took us to the heated pool, while small it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had such an amazing stay. 1701 Shipmaster was absolutely wonderful! The community pool is steps from the back patio, and the tennis court is steps away from the front door. The location of Shipmaster inside the Shipyard community is also wonderful. The beach was a 5 - 7 minute bike ride from the front door, and Coligny Plaza was about a 10 minute bike ride. All of the bike paths are shaded with minimal small hills. The only thing that would make 1701 more perfect, would be some sort of plug-in fans for the bedrooms. Especially the third bunk bed room. It took a while for the upstairs to cool off, but that room in particular was very warm. A box fan would have helped quite a bit. Luckily, we brought a few small fans from home, but it still wasn’t enough to keep that space cooled off to sleep comfortably. However, we would not hesitate to book this property again. It was gorgeous, well-appointed, and in a great location. We were able to grill out for a few dinners, and eat at nearby restaurants for the other few nights. Fat Baby Pizza and Subs and The Bank are both very close by and delicious. We would highly recommend renting 1701 Shipmaster. Host2Coast was so pleasant to work with! So friendly and their hospitality was second to none. An absolutely wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
