Love Queens Grant and first time staying in this unit. Love that it’s dog friendly and close walk to beach. Will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here it was family friendly and dog friendly which I loved the only thing I would say is that the pool is kind of hard to find because they no signs to know where to go since it by other condos backyards. The beach access was kind of confusing and the beach area provided is not pet friendly you can't bring your pets there which was a little disappointing but good to know.

I love being in Palmetto Dunes with easy beach access and being able to bike around the property and across to Shelter Cove for entertainment. The unit is clean, but needs a good overhaul to freshen it up.

Location is great for access to all aspects of HHI. Great location for family visits.

Clean, nice soap and plenty of towels. Only there two nights and was out almost all the time. Great coffee pot that uses either pods or regular ground coffee. The biggest complaint was parking very tough. Paid for two spots could not even park by unit. Lucky we did not need the two spots. Would visit again.

Located in the middle of Hilton Head Island at Palmetto Dunes, we had spacious and comfortable villa with access to a pool and within walking distance to the beach. An added bonus was being able to rent mid-week to mid-week as opposed to most rentals that were weekly rentals beginning on a Saturday or Sunday.

I’m partial to these Queens Grant villas from growing up and using one a family friend owned for years until they sold it about three years ago. This one was really updated and nice in comparison but I love the location with easy biking access to the beach and Shelter Cove.

I’ve stayed at many places on this island and this has been my favorite. I’m ready to book again for next year. I loved the unit. It was cute. It has everything you need. Located in Palmetto Dunes, you are close to everything and have great beach access.

We stayed at this unit for six nights. It was the two of us and our dog. The unit was perfect for the three of us. First and foremost, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom was the best! The bathrooms are functional and clean but they are a little tight size wise. The kitchen was functional and had plenty of dishes, drink ware, pots and pans. You will need to bring spices and they only had salt and pepper. Location was key. Easy walk to tennis and golf centers and bike rental. Short drive to beach. Close to grocery store and Shelter Cove restaurants. The patio was fenced and private with patio furniture and a gas grill. Overall, the unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the unit and location. We would stay here again.

Great place. Clean and within walking distance to the site to the courts Temperature was a little warm bc of air conditioning limits. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Was perfect place for my husband, myself and our dog for a week. We love the Palmetto Dunes area since is centrally located on the island. As with many rentals this could use a little refresh but overall in good condition.

This unit was very nice but extremely overpriced for not being on or having an ocean view. Unfortunately we we’re looking for something pet friendly last minute that was still available which is why we booked it. The area was very nice and rooms were nice and clean. The only area that was not clean was under the couch, our dog pulled out a sock and plastic bottle cap (that were not ours). The beach was still about a 7 min bike ride away so that was a little disappointing. We had never been to Hilton Head but did have a great time.

First time in Hilton Head and really enjoyed the condo and location. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay again.

This was our first vacation with our furry family member and this home was perfect for 4 people and a pooch. Beautiful destination in Hilton Head and a nicely appointed kitchen and grill made for some excellent meals at home with fresh catches from Barnacle Bills. Only drawback was deck floor which looked quite soiled. Was it from the last pets stay or just ordinary dirt? Not sure but we wore shoes just in case. A great spot all in all!

Location is the key for us to pick. It is spacious and reasonable price. This is our 3rd year of using this condo. They allowed us to use our pet. It is perfect for us.

Three of us stayed for Christmas and there was tons of space for everyone. The weather was even warm enough to sit on the back deck for morning coffee!

Great all the way around. Clean, great location and comfortable bedding which for me is key as I’m 6’4” and 280lb. I need comfortable beds Will recommend to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hilton Head! Everything was so close and convenient to the condo! The inside and outdoor space was perfect and very clean! Loved it and will definitely be back!!!

Nice spacious condo, very comfortable, perfectly clean, great location. They added a 75” TV, great for late sports and movies. It had everything we needed, we had such a fun week here!

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Very quaint unit and comfortable.

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Walkable to the beach and all community amenities. Perfect setup for our family of 4, plus the dog. Private patio for meals and storage for sandy beach stuff. Hose by the front door to rinse off after a day of fun on the beach. Bring your own umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Cute, clean and with a great neighborhood feel! Would definitely stay here again in this unit.

Condo was in a good location and well furnished but needed a little attention, the bed in master and air conditioning.

Clean and quiet. Would recommend to a friend.

Overall the place was nice. There were a few things that could use improvement. We picked up our packed at 3:30 from Vacasa and was informed again that we couldn’t get in any earlier than 4pm but the time we drive to the house it would be 3:50 but can’t check in a minute sooner. When we arrived and unloaded then looked around we realized all of the trash was left inside the kitchen trash bins which wasn’t a huge deal until there weren’t any extra trash bags?! Tried to call but now it was after 5pm so the hosting office was closed. The air was also left on 83 it’s clearly summertime and it took 4 hours for it to get to 74 it would have been nice if it was set to a lower temperature so it was comfortable when we arrived. Again overall it was a great stay just not a refined as some of the places I’ve stayed in the past.

This cute condo has everything you will need for a wknd getaway to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see! There’s even a path along the back of the condos for a quick 7 min walk to the beach.

They were friendly on the phone and in person. I did request that the captioning to be fixed on the TV. They took care of it. That is an excellent service!
